个人简介
北京大学健康医疗大数据国家研究院助理教授、副研究员、博士生导师。研究方向为计算神经成像,专注于人工智能与医学影像交叉学科的教学、科研、及临床转化工作。本科毕业于中国农业大学应用物理系,硕士毕业于北京大学软件与微电子学院,博士毕业于清华大学电子工程系。加入北京大学前,于哈佛大学医学院放射学系任教研系列讲师、哈佛大学附属波士顿儿童医院计算放射学实验室研究科学家。作为核心成员参与多项由美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)、美国国家航空航天局(NASA)、国家自然科学基金委等重点资助的项目。在IEEE TMI、NeuroImage、IEEE TCI、IJCV、IEEE TIP、IEEE TCyb等国际期刊及ICCV、ECCV、MACCAI等国际会议上发表同行评议论文30余篇,其中第一作者20余篇。担任国际人工智能会议AAAI资深组委会成员;国际会议CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、ICLR、NeurIPS、MACCAI等组委会成员;国际期刊IEEE TMI、IEEE TCI、IEEE TCyb、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TGRS、IEEE TCSVT、MedIA、PR等审稿人。

· 计算神经成像:人工智能与医学影像的前沿交叉领域
o 磁共振神经成像:脑功能成像、脑解剖结构成像、定量成像与重建、运动鲁棒成像
o 机器学习与计算机视觉:统计学习、深度学习、无监督学习、图模型、逆问题、子空间分析、最优化方法
· 临床转化:辅助临床决策、手术规划、术后评估
· 数据驱动的计算神经科学:脑认知原理、脑疾病防控与干预
